Senior Group 2 members are looking to fine tune their swimming for the next level. They expect to achieve Maryland State and Jr. Maryland State qualifying times, improve strength and conditioning, gain better understanding of competitive swimming techniques and racing strategies, attend 4-6 practices per week, and swim in at least 5 meets. Focus is on improving conditioning, technique, and progressing to Senior 1.
